Jamie Rosenow – Best Spotlight
This month we are spotlighting Jamie Rosenow, one of Best Enterprises’ top Sales Managers. Jamie joined the Best Family over 27 years ago and has been a key contributor to the success of our growing team ever since. His passion to drive the company forward is nothing short of inspiring – and we are so grateful to have him. We sat down with Jamie to learn more about his time with Best, and his world outside of the office.
- Briefly Describe your position at BEST.
I consider myself a sales professional that focuses on sales management, business development and relationship building. I handle logistics, quoting, inventory management, daily operations, and warehouse assistance. Anything that helps move the project forward smoothly.
- How does your role at BEST play a part in the big picture of each project?
I oversee all commercial quotes/sales and see the order through the order fulfillment process. I like to have my hands in just about everything to oversee each of my projects from start to finish. I always make sure that my peers and customers receive the communication they need to complete each project successfully.
- What has been your favorite project at BEST and why?
One of my favorite projects was the Twins Stadium. As a part of the project team, I toured the stadium before it opened and was invited to the inaugural game in the ballpark.
Another one of my favorite projects over the years was Mathews Bows HQ in Sparta WI. I had the chance to tour the production floor after the project where they showed us how the bows were manufactured. As an avid bowhunter, I purchased a Bow from Mathew’s after this tour, and have harvested many deer with it since.
- What is your favorite part of your job?
The people I meet, the relationships I form, and the Friendships I’ve developed over the years.
- Tell us about your family –
I have a beautiful wife of 23 years and 4 wonderful children.
- What are your proudest moments from working at BEST?
Being a part of building and growing BEST over the past 27 years. I feel like I grew WITH the company (Marriage, House, Kids, etc.)
- What are some hobbies you have outside of the office?
I like to travel, hunt, fish, and I have coached my sons Hockey teams for 16 years.
Jamie’s commitment to his team and his customers goes far beyond his title, and it shows in the relationships that he has built over the last two decades. When asked to describe the culture at BEST, Jamie replied with “Community, Trust and Caring” and here at BEST, we believe that is the perfect way to describe Jamie himself. Tom Best (Founder & President) stated, “Jamie is the kind of guy who would give the shirt off his back for his customers and employees. He will advocate for others at the expense of himself. Jamie is a pillar of the company, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without him.”
