On December 16, 2003, the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 (HR 2297) became law. This legislation directs every federal agency to spend at least 3% of its annual contracting budget through Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

Dr. Steve Best, Chief Manage and President, is a disabled veteran from his tour of duty in Vietnam. Accordingly, Best Enterprises, LLC is recognized by the United States Government as an SDV. With federal agencies looking for ways to fulfill their 3% goal, our SDV status can give contractors an edge in pursuing government contracts.

Our GSA Schedule Contract Number is GS-35F-0278P.
We are on GSA Schedule 70, Sin 132-8.

While this mandate applies only to the expenditure of Federal dollars, many states are enacting similar provisions, and may be subject to the 3% requirement in the use of Federal funds.
